David A. Bull (Ph.D, M.Sc., B.Sc.)
Dr. David A. Bull is the C.E.O. and President of H.A.C.E. International. He graduated from Njala University College, (University of Sierra Leone) in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education. Since then, he has worked as a high school teacher in Sierra Leone, and in Liberia. He taught at St. Samuel High School in Liberia for 3 years and was promoted to academic Registrar. During the Liberian conflict, he also worked with the Liberian Red Cross, directing Human Services efforts. He returned to Sierra Leone in 1990 and took up appointment as Senior Agricultural Extension Officer at the Foindu Agricultural Development Project. He obtained a scholarship in 1993 to purposue a postgraduate diploma in Agricultural Statistics and survey in India at the Indian Agricultural Statistics Institute in New Delhi. In 1995, he obtained another post graduate diploma in Poultry Science and Farm Economics, at the Central Poultry Institute in Bangalore, India. He returned to Sierra Leone took up a lecturer position in Agricultural Education and Community Development Studies at the Freetown Teachers' College.
In 1996, he travelled to China to pursue Master of Science degree in Agronomy, specializing in crop ecology and crop production. He graduated from Zhejiang University in China in 1999 and travelled to the United States of America. In the United Staes, he enrolled in a doctoral program in Public Health at Lacrosse University, and graduated in December, 2002. Yet, because of his interest in complex emergencies, he founded H.A.C.E. International to help vulnerable populations deal with their complex emergencies. Presently, Dr. Bull is a final year doctoral learner at Capella University, Minneapolis, Minesota, USA, pursuing a doctoral degree in Human Services, specializing in Healthcare Administration. He is expected to graduate in June 2009.
Mr. Augustine Macauley (HACE Sierra Leone - PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER)
Mr. Macualey is an opthamologist, working with the methodist hospital in Sierra Leone. Because of his love for humanity, he volunteered to work with H.A.C.E. as the Public Relations Officer and spokesperson for H.A.C.E. Sierra Leone, and the African sub region. Mr. Macualey studied opthamology in the United States, and returned to Sierra Leone to serve his country. Working with HACE is one of his immense contribution to the developmental strides of his country.
Mr. Ade Wilson (B.Sc). FINANCIAL DIRECTOR, HACE INTERNATIONAL - SIERRA LEONE
Mr Wilson is a professional accountant with several years of experience in accounting
He has a Bachelor degree in accounting from Institute of Public Administration, University of Sierra Leone. Mr. Wilson is the financial Director for H.A.C.E. Int'l. Sierra Leone.

Mrs. Augusta B. Wilson (Assistant Country Director - Sierra Leone)
Graduated from Freetown Teachers College, Jui, in Sierra Leone. She is
an experienced teacher, committed parent, a leader, a counselor and a
motivator. She is an asset to H.A.C.E. Sierra Leone. Presently, she is the
Assistant Country Director and program coordinator for HACE - Sierra Leone.
Mr Sarath Senevirantne (B.A. M.A. Candidate in Educational Leadership) GENERAL CONSULTANT
Is the General Consultant and International laision for international projects and partnerships for H.A.C.E. International. He has worked as a United Nations Specialist in several Nations, designing and implementing projects for the the UN. Mr. Senevirante has worked as a lecturer in his home country Sri Lanka, and has vast experience in consultancy at both national and international levels.
Mr. Matthew Sandi (B.Sc., M.Sc.) BOARD CHAIRMAN
Mr. Sandi has a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Education from University of Sierra Leone, and a Master degree in Development studies in USA. He is the founder of Compassion for Peace and Child Survival International (CPCSI). He is a very experienced teacher, extensionist and a development consultant. He has worked with renowned NGOs both in the United States and abroad. He has written various literatures and has carried out important studies in Sierra Leone with significant results and changes in ploicies, especially in the field of adult education and gender empowerment. Presently, Mr Sandi is a special education specialist working with the state of Maryland, USA. Mr. Sandi now serves on our Board, and contributes tremendously to the development and any strategic decisions made by HACE International.
Mr. Abimbola O. Bambe (B.Eng.) DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENTS
Mr. Bambe graduated from the Federal University of Technology in Minna, Nigeria with a BS in Engineering. Upon graduation, he took up appointment as the Marketing engineer for the Commercial and Sceintific Computing Company in Nigeria for three years. He also worked for a German Company ABB Telecomunications. Based on his experience and hard work, he was invited to the society of engineers in Nigeria. Mr. Bambe moved to the United Sates and pursued a diploma in real estate investing with the Coldwell Banker United Realtors in Texas. He is also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors. As an ambitious young man, he established a corporation (Pamceda Nigeria Ltd.), and Pamceda Multiservices. Mr. Bambe has travelled widely and has experienced the sufferings of poor people in developing countries. He now desires to contribute his quota to the humanitarian cause of HACE and he now sponsors vulnerable students to further their education in Nigeria.
Mr. Solomon Conteh (Country Director - Sierra Leone)
Mr. Conteh graduated from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone with a B.A. General Degree in Geography, Sociology and Religious Studies . He also attended the Institute of Public Administration and Management where he grduated with a certificate in Project Planning Process. In his relentless quest for knowledge, Mr. Conteh enrolled at the Bo Teacher's College and obtained a Teachers’ Certificate in Geography. Over the years, he has accumulated vast experience in humanitarian causes globally. Mr. Conteh attended an Organizational Development/Capacity Building workshop in Spain, and worked with the International Federation of Red Cross. As Acting Director of programs and Operations for the Sierra Leone Red Cross, Mr. Conteh participated in the Better Programming Initiative (BPI) workshop organized by the British Red Cross and the Sierra Leone Red Cross Society in Freetown. He also attended the American Institute of Research in Kenya. With this wealth of experience, Mr. Conteh now desire to invest his knowledge to help HACE International further its cause.
Mr. Johnny Morrison Konneh (B.Sc. Construction Engineering) DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL
PROGRAMS
Mr. Johnny Morrison Konneh joined the HACE International family in April 2006 as Coordinator for International Missions. He graduated from University of Hanover in the Federal Republic of Germany in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction and Building Design. Upon his return to Liberia, Mr. Konneh took up appointment with the National Housing Authority as Operations Manager from 1987-1990. He migrated to Sierra Leone to evade the rebel war in 1990. In Sierra Leone, Mr. Konneh continued to create a positive impact in his discipline by designing buildings for private citizens. Mr. Konneh later took up appointment with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as Physical Facilities Manager from 1994 -2001. Based on his performance, Mr. Konneh was assigned to the Regional office in Accra, Ghana, where he worked with the Department of Temporal Affairs. His assignement was to cover land acquisition, designing, contruction and maintenance facilities for the LDS churches in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Benin, and Togo. Mr. Konneh travelled to the United States of America in 2002, for further professional development training. He is presently pursuing graduate studies in Business and Management at University of Phoenix, USA.
Mr. Goodluck Onuekwusi (B.A., M.A.) DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS
Mr. Onuekwusi is the Director of Operations and Logistics for H.A.C.E. International.
Mr. Femi Oki (B.A.) DEPUTY DIRECTOR, TEMPLE OF YAHWEH
Mr. Oki is the Head of Religious Affairs, and the Deputy Director of the Temple of YAHWEH.
Dr. Edward E. Nwaboh (M.D., BSc.) MEDICAL DIRECTOR - HACE INTERNATIONAL
Dr. Nwaboh graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, (UNN) in June 1994 with a Medical Degree (MD). As a qualifying requirement, Dr. Nwaboh completed a year of internship training at the university of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital in River State in 1995. He served as a Medical Officer at the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State in 1996 to fulfill his National Youth Service Corps obligations. He also joined the Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital, Irrua, Edo State in 1997 in the capacity of Senior Medical Officer until 2001. From 2001 to 2003, Dr. Nwaboh pursued family medicine and completed his residency in 2003 at the Otibhor Okhae Teaching Hospital.
Dr. Nwaboh has vast interest in the public health and community development. He has worked extensively with vulnerable and underserved populations in Africa to create livable communities. To prepare him for greater community involment, he is presently pursuing a graduate program at the University of Texas, school of Public Health. Dr. Nwaboh is one of the most accomplished physicians, who has worked extensively with communities in developing countries in Africa to serve underserved communities. He is a member of the American Public Health Association, Nigerian Medical Association, Nigerian Medical and Dental Council, and World Association of Non governmental Organizations (WANGO) via H.A.C.E. International.
